We are proud to say tonight’s feast went off perfectly. 1,700 scheduled, not sure of final numbers. This photo is of 1 of 5 buildings going all at the same time and having 3 scheduled waves of this size in 3 hours! 15 surges for 5 different teams to figure out together and we did it. We can do ANYTHING we put our hearts into. I salute my team, without you this was impossible!

All three pits lit at 5:00am. Mobile unit on site. Going to rock out 14 cases of chicken and then off to Camp Grayling to feed 1,700 heroes! #hellyeahtc

Wow is it hot at the pit today! It's worth it though, ya can't beat hardwood powered BBQ!

Fresh Jerky at 3:00 pm. If you've never had hot off the smoker jerky you haven't lived. Best beef product ever! It even tops ribeyes, fillets, NYS and all other cuts!

Burn #2 is underway! 24 racks of ribs, fresh jerky, some pork butts and beef briskets! We're ready for you TC!
